- Products must be returned in resalable condition

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back to us using our recommended carrier
- Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days after we receive the returned item

3. Returning Defective Products Within 14 Days

4. Product Exchanges Within 14 Days

- The product must be unused and in original condition

- Contact us within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange
4.2 Exchange Process

- Tell us which product you would like to receive instead
- We will send you a free return label
- We will process any price difference
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer's responsibility
- We cover return shipping costs for defective products
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
